Upon learning of Judge Michael Zurlo’s resignation as the Stillwater Town Justice today, Saratoga County District Attorney James A. Murphy, III said:
“Judge Zurlo served with distinction in the Town of Stillwater. He was a fair and patient judge. He always took time to listen to all sides and his rulings were thoughtful and sensible. In criminal cases, his sentences protected the public, punished and rehabilitated the defendant and deterred future crime from occurring. We will miss his presence on the bench.”
